After stealing game 1 of the series, the Washington Wizards put the Chicago Bulls in a complicated situation as the home team is obligated to win game 2 to stay alive.  Wizards and Bulls meet this Tuesday at 9:30 PM ET at the United Center in the NBA playoffs.

“You look at how they played down the stretch, you know how good they are,” Bulls coach Tom Thibodeau said about the Wizards.

Washington didn’t control the pace in the first game the series, but were tremendous in the last minutes of the matchup and that was the difference.

“It’s about the situation you get put in,” said Wizards guard Andre Miller, in his 15th season. “Some players get the opportunity to play with those marquee superstars that will get them out of that first round. I have played with Carmelo (Anthony), Nene, Marcus Camby but we ran up against some mega-stars, Kevin Garnett and Dwight Howard. I just enjoy my time competing.”

The Bulls are 2.5 point favorites in the NBA odds to win game 2; the total of the matchup is at 180.5 points.

According to the betting trends, the Bulls are 1-3-1 ATS in their last 5 games following a SU loss, but 12-1 ATS in their last 13 after allowing 100 points or more in their previous game.

The Wizards are 5-0 ATS in their last 5 games overall, and 4-0 ATS in their last 4 games following an ATS win.
