One of the most attractive games for this Saturday September 20 in the English Premier League will be the Swansea against Southampton, in the Liberty Stadium, at 14:00 ET.

This game is part of week 4 of the Barclays Premier League. In the odds, these teams are pretty even, since they are on the third and fourth place of the English League and have done an amazing campaign so far. However, Swansea is the favorite for a win with +140 in the chances. In contrast, a Southampton’s win is paid with +190 and a draw with +229.

Historically, few goals are scored in the meetings between these teams. In the four times, they have faced each other; only five goals have been scored. Nevertheless, on the balance, the Saints are unbeaten against Swansea with two wins and two draws. Another interesting fact, about the Southampton supremacy is that Swansea have gone 287 minutes without a goal against the Saints.

The favorite in the odds is seeking to return to the winning ways after their last week defeat against Chelsea.   The Swansea defender, Ashley Williams, said after the defeat they are working on the errors they had in the first half last Saturday in London.

“There’s a lot we can take from the game because we did start very well and we did have good performances in the second half, but not enough. I think on the whole it’s a game for us to see the level that we want to get to,” said the defender.
