In the seventh fixture of the Italian calcio, Hellas Verona hosts AC Milan at the Marcantonio Bentegodi Stadium (Sunday, October 19 at 9:00 a.m. Eastern) looking for their fourth victory in their first Serie A season.

This will be the first meeting inSerie A between the clubs, as Hellas climbed up from Serie B. The perennial power AC Milan is a slight favorite to win, listed at +100 in the moneyline. A Hellas win will pay +260 and the draw +250.

Hellas has put in a very respectable performance in its first Serie A season. They currently sit sixth in the table with 11 points (3W, 2D, 1L) and a +1 goal differential; a win on Sunday would vault them into fifth, ahead of AC Milan.

On the other side, AC Milan has not had their best campaign so far. They sit one spot ahead of Hellas in the table. The teams have identical records and are both sitting on 11 points, but AC Milan has a better goal differential (+4). After a disastrous 2013-2014 season, AC Milan is still in the process of rebuilding. For new coach Fillipo Inzaghi – the former Italian national team player –  the goal is a top-four placing in La Liga and a spot in next year’s Champions League.

“Our first aim is to do better than we did last year. Milan have got to be playing in Europe again, and if that’s through the front door of the Champions League, then that’s even better,” said the coach.

Bet AC Milan to win on the road.
