The Kansas City Royals kicked off the MLB’s trade deadline week with a major addition yesterday, grabbing right-hander Johnny Cueto from Cincinnati for a boatload of left-handed prospects. With a ton of rental arms still available, deals like the Cueto one and the Scott Kazmir trade last week are giving general managers a blueprint for what they can get in return for their aces. And that price just keeps going up: when Cole Hamels threw a no-hitter on Saturday, you could actually see cartoon dollar signs in Ruben Amaro Jr.’s eyes.

This year’s deadline figures to be another big time arms race, but with only 12 teams in the majors currently holding a winning record perhaps we won’t see as many buyers as we originally foresaw a month ago.

You can rest assured that the big money Yankees and Dodgers will be more active than Pablo Sandoval on social media. But will we see any more moves out of the Mets; especially for a big bat? Will the Blue Jays acquire the pitching help they desperately need? Will Philly finally start a rebuild that’s been in the making for like three years?

We don’t have the answers to all these questions yet. But we do have odds for all your 2015 MLB Trade Deadline needs. Check out our props below and see how we did come July 31 at 4:00 PM Eastern.
