Memphis Grizzlies at Golden State Warriors (-10.5, 196.5 o/u)

As if facing the Golden State Warriors (5-0, 3-0 home) in Oakland  – where the team has lost just twice all season -isn’t bad enough, the Memphis Grizzlies (4-2, 1-2 away) may head into Game 2 of their Western Conference semifinal tonight minus point guard Mike Conley (10:30 PM Eastern).

Conley, who missed Game 1, is listed as doubtful for tonight’s game due to facial fractures suffered during the first round. But the guard remains optimistic he’ll be able to suit up with a protective mask.

“I believe I will,” Conley said when asked if he will play Tuesday. “But I believed that for the last week. So I’m really hopeful. They tell me I can play once I’m ready, and I feel like I’m ready to go. It’s just on me.”

Without Conley, the Grizzlies’ offense looked lost in Game 1, scoring just 34 points in the second half en route to a 101-86 loss.

Meanwhile, Golden State will come into tonight with a little extra confidence after their own star point guard, Steph Curry, was officially named NBA MVP.

“There were obviously good times and bad times. Times I wanted to shut it down,” Curry said of his road to the trophy. “It just made me feel like how blessed and thankful I am to be in this position.”

Despite how dominant the Warriors looked in Game 1, keep in mind Golden State is 2-6 ATS in its last eight at home against Memphis. The Grizzlies, meanwhile, will either have Conley back or will be more experienced at playing without him. Consider taking Memphis and the boat-load of points they’re getting in the spread.

Pick: Memphis +10.5.
