Rodgers hoping to ease Cheesehead nation concerns with victory over Bears

After telling the Packers (1-2) faithful to just R-E-L-A-X, Aaron Rodgers has the tough task of leading his team to Soldier Field for an NFC North battle against the Bears (2-1).
More specifically, the quarterback is hoping to better the 162 yards passing he had last weekend in Detroit. Rodgers said, “We haven’t been a sharp offense. I haven’t been as sharp. We’ve all got to do better.”
The good news for the Packers offense is the Bears defense is banged up. Even though Jay Cutler led his squad to a victory this past Monday night against the Jets, the other side of the ball for the Bears is without defensive lineman Jeremiah Ratliff, linebacker Shea McClellin and cornerback Charles Tillman. The latter player is out for the season.
Also injured was Ryan Mundy, who had a pick-six against the Jets but was on and off the field after experiencing a stinger. Mundy stressed the team has to overcome injuries.
He said, “That’s a credit to our coaches. We get coached hard day in and day out. And we make sure that everyone is ready to play. And I think that has been evident over the past two weeks.”
As for the Bears offense, it’s become the Jay Cutler show because Matt Forte’s rushing yards have dwindled the last two weeks. Considering all of the questions regarding both of these offenses, perhaps taking the under 50.5 points is the logical play.
