This post has been updated in the wake of Fastlane 2016. Updates are in square brackets [like so].

Wrestlemania 32 looks like it’s on track to break the WWE attendance record. The current record was set by Wrestlemania III during the wrestling boom way back in 1987, with a whopping attendance of over 93,000.

But before we turn our attention to Wrestlemania, let’s take a look at Fastlane 2016, where the winner of the Dean Ambrose v. Roman Reigns v. Brock Lesnar Triple Threat will earn a shot at Triple H and the Heavyweight Championship. It’s going to be a doozy. Reigns has undeniable momentum right now and has been basking in the limelight for some time. He’s the clear favorite in the three-way tilt. [Update: Reigns indeed won the bout! Ambrose and Lesnar are now slated to meet in a no-holds-barred street fight at Wrestlemania.]

If everything goes according to plan for the Big Dog, he’ll also be the favorite when he tangles with Triple H at Wrestlemania 32, vying for a belt that many regard as rightfully his.

The Divas Championship will likely be on the line at Wrestlemania 32, as well. It’s hard to look past current champ Charlotte and hot contender Sasha Banks. But we may also see Becky Lynch get a crack at the belt in a potential Triple Threat fight. That said, after all the smoke has cleared, it’s unlikely that we will see any major upsets here.

In perhaps their final WWE appearances, the Undertaker is looking to take on Sting in a match-up for the ages. But that will only happen if Sting, who was injured during the Night of Champions, is fit to fight. If not, there’s a long list of wrestlers that would jump at the opportunity. Kevin Owens and Braun Stowman are on top of that heap; Finn Balor and Sheamus are viable options, as well. Sting v. Undertaker is where the money is, though, and Sting has already stated that he has one last fight in him. [Update: In a surprise move, the WWE has slotted the newly returned Shane McMahon to fight the Undertaker!]

With so much of the Wrestlemania 32 card still up in the air, it’s hard to predict the match-ups let alone the results. A lot hangs in the balance for what may be the biggest wrestling event in history. But we’re in the prognostication business, so here are our picks for how it’s all going to pan out.
