Belgium and USA clash in an interesting game of the 2014 World Cup round of 16 this Tuesday at 4 PM ET at the Arena Fonte Nova, in Salvador.

Belgium won three games in the group stage, and was considered as the team that could be the surprise of the tournament.

“They had a very challenging group with Ghana, Portugal and Germany, not obvious at all, so everybody who has reached the knockout stage has deserved it,” Belgium coach Marc Wilmots said to the media through a translator following Belgium’s 1-0 victory Thursday over South Korea. “And even though we’re supposed to be the favorite team, we’re used to that.”

Team USA needs to stop Belgium attackers and stay with the game plan Jurguen Klinsmann puts in the game; they are a disciplined team that will be hard to beat if they each do their role.

“We have absolutely no fear at all,” Klinsmann said. “We feel like we are in a position now to challenge it. We believe we have built a foundation in our team that we are able to beat them.”

“We have everything laid out in detail about every Belgium player,” he said.

Belgium is +105 to win the game in the round of 16 and team USA is +325; the draw was listed at +250 in the money line.

“We are very optimistic,” Klinsmann said. “Every day is a big step forward. It’s 11 days now, and it’s looking better every day.”
