  • Barstool President Dave Portnoy gives pizza reviews every day on social media
  • Slices are scored between 0.0 and 10.0
  • The reviews have gone viral leading to celebrity appearances and apparel being sold on the Barstool website

One bite everybody knows the rules? How about one bet everybody knows the rules? Barstool Sports Pizza Reviews get so many clicks, sportsbooks have jumped on board and started offering prop bets. We covered the first round of Barstool bets back in February, and here’s a run down of what’s available this month.

Average Score Odds for All March Pizza Reviews

What Will Be the Average Score for all March Pizza Reviews? Odds
Over 7.1 +120
Under 7.1 -160

*Odds taken 03/07/19

Dave Portnoy, the Barstool President who does the pizza reviews, often explains how hard it is to get a high score. People travel for good scores, trusting his expertise. Considering he loves to joke on bad pizza joints and give low scores when they’re deserved, reaching a 7.1 average is almost impossible. There would need to be way too many high scores to reach that Over.

Of all the tips I’ve ever given, betting the under here may be the one I’m most confident in. There are a lot more average to below average pizza joints than there are great ones, and to get a score of 7.2 or higher it’s just too tough.

Pick: Under 7.1 (-160)

Yes +155
No -220

First off, there’s an error in the prop itself. It should say Will The Be A Score Less than 1.0 in 2019, a score without a decimal is a rookie score after all.  Let’s look past that and notice the big time value in this prop, especially when you consider that “Yes” is paying +155.

The pizza reviews are serious sure, but ultimately they’re good for a laugh. Dave Portnoy went the funny route once before when trying LeBron James’ pizza joint Blaze, and it definitely could happen again.

It’s March, there are a lot of days between now and Christmas. Is it possible he ends up at either an absolutely trash pizza joint or he wants to give everyone a laugh like that again? That’s a big time yes. Hammer that at least one unlucky spot will receive a 0.9 or lower in 2019.

Pick: Yes (+155)

Odds There Will Be a Pizza Review with a Score of 9.9 or Higher in 2019

Will There Be a Pizza Review with a Score of 9.9 or Higher in 2019? Odds
Yes +275
No -450

Celebrities go on Pizza Review all the time but their scores don’t count. It’s only Dave Portnoy you need to be concerned about and he will never ever give out a perfect score. He ridicules celebrities who give a perfect 10 and constantly explains it’s like figure skating, you need to leave room in case the next place is even better.

This bet is more likely than an investment in Apple back in the early days. Put some scratch down and wait for your investment to pay out next January because that’s all this is, not a bet, but an investment.

Pick: No (-450)
