All odds as of April 13th.
Prop #1: Christian Yelich 2+ Hits
Christian Yelich has been living on the basepath over the past week, and I like that trend to continue on Tuesday. The 2018 NL MVP has reached base 12 times in his past five outings, and fared quite well versus Chicago starter Kyle Hendricks last Wednesday.

Yelich pounded two hits and drew a walk in three plate appearances against Hendricks, and has three multi-hit games already this season. He’s a career .301 hitter versus right-handed pitching and has a 44.4% hard hit rate through nine contests.
Prop #2: Chad Kuhl Under 4.5 Strikeouts
Pittsburgh’s Chad Kuhl has never been a big strikeout pitcher, and there’s little reason to expect a large K total on Tuesday. Kuhl has never produced a K/9 rate north of 8.58 in his career, and he’s yet to make it out of the 5th inning in two 2021 starts.
Chad Kuhl allows another run in the first after Castellanos reached on a throwing error following Naquin. He came home on three straight walks over 14 pitches.

He’s generated a career swinging strike rate of only 9.4% and has a rocky history against Tuesday’s opponent San Diego. Kuhl has a lifetime 4.60 ERA and 1.66 WHIP versus the Padres, while San Diego hitters have struck out only 79 times this year, the third lowest mark in the NL.
