Batting .306 accompanied by an .838 OPS, it’s safe to day that Boston Red Sox outfielder Alex Verdugo presents a dilemma for plenty of MLB pitchers. He’s been especially problematic for Baltimore Orioles righthander Jorge Lopez.

True, Verdugo has only faced Lopez four times. On the other hand, he’s batting .750 (3-for-4) with a home run and three RBI.

Through 26 at-bats against Lamet, Myers has knocked 10 hits to compile a .385 batting average. He’s also clouted one home run off the Colorado pitcher. As well, Myers comes into this game with hits in five of his past six games.
