  • The NBA has blessed bettors with a seven-game slate for Monday, April 5th
  • One of the most fun ways to get in on the action are player props
  • See available player props for the top players taking to the floor tonight within the story below

Gonzaga vs Baylor in the 2021 NCAA Tournament Championship game will monopolize bettors’ attention tonight, but before that game tips, there are seven NBA games to bet.

NBA TV is bringing the New York Knicks and Brooklyn Nets to a national audience at 7pm ET. Local markets will show another five games beginning at 7pm ET as well. There are plenty of games on the hardwood to act as an appetizer for the Bears-Bulldogs main course.

As always, whenever there are this many games on the board, the board is full of player props. See the table below for a few of the superstars in action tonight and their various props available.

Odds as of April 5th

Jaden McDaniels Breaking Out for Minnesota

D’Angelo Russell said Jaden McDaniels is going to be a “thing” a couple months ago – and he was right.

The rookie has finally cracked the starting lineup and in the Timberwolves last six games, McDaniels has played at least 33 minutes in all of them except one. Not only is he playing, but he is playing well.

McDaniels’ points prop has been rising, but at 11.5 it’s still a little low. He’s gone over this number in each of his last six games with the lone exception being a game against the Memphis Grizzlies where he got into foul trouble. The Timberwolves’ opponent tonight, the Sacramento Kings, only draw about 19 fouls per game so there is reason to believe he can avoid foul issues tonight.

Another reason to like the matchup is because the Kings have the worst defensive rating in basketball this season. So far, McDaniels has scored 56.3% of his points via the three. There isn’t a worse team in the NBA in opponent three-point percentage than Sacramento. McDaniels has hit at least two threes in each of his last six so he is a good bet to do it again tonight.

If McDaniels’ three-ball is off, he can still get home for bettors since 35.8% of his points are scored in the paint. No team in the NBA give up more field goals made per game from less than five feet from the basket than the Kings. McDaniels could easily have this wrapped up by halftime.

  • The Pick: Jaden McDaniels OVER 11.5 Points (-106)
