Texas Tech coach Chris Beard, who has often had issues with Big 12 officials this season, was agitated about the disparity in free throws attempts. Oklahoma State took 32 foul shots while the Red Raiders had just 12.
Tech Has UT’s number
Texas Tech has won six of the last seven games in the series, including 79-77 on Jan. 13 as one-point road underdog.
McClung scored a game-high 22 points for the winners and McCullar added 16 points and eight rebounds. Texas Tech had just eight turnovers.
Andrew Jones led Texas with 20 points while senior forward Jericho Sims added 16 and Ramey chipped in with 15.
Texas is hot and Texas Tech is not. Thus, the play is the Longhorns to avenge their earlier loss to Red Raiders in this rematch.
Pick: Texas +3 (-110)
