Rivalry week provides gamblers with tantalizing odds for college football week 13 player props. USC quarterback Caleb Williams leads the passing yardage total for Saturday’s slate at 319.5 yards. While Alabama quarterback Bryce Young is expected to have a huge game in the Iron Bowl as his passing yardage total sits at 289.5.

Austin Jones Rushing Yards

Since taking over for the injured Travis Dye, USC running back Austin Jones has looked the part. The senior back has looked fresh and was leaned on last week against UCLA, toting the rock 21 times for 120 yards.

The Trojans simply have to win this game. Moreover, USC needs to add some style points to prove to the College Football Playoff committee that they deserve a spot in the final four. Head coach Lincoln Riley will have his charges ready to impress in a crucial match-up against Notre Dame. As a result, the Trojans will rely on players they trust to accomplish their goals.

A Stanford transfer, Jones has gone from reserve to being a vital player for USC down the stretch.  Furthermore, Lincoln Riley and the Trojans will rely on the rushing attack to win this football game. While the Fighting Irish may have the best run defense the Trojans have seen all year, look for Jones to easily eclipse the 82 rushing yards in this one.

Pick: Austin Jones OVER 81.5 rushing yards (-115)

Chase Brown Receiving Yards

Illini running back Chase Brown has looked like the best running back in the nation at times this season. The junior from London, Ontario, Canada has been unstoppable lately, rushing for over 700 yards in his past five games. Most importantly for prop bettors, Brown has 20+ receiving yards in four of his past five games played.

Having said that, points will be at a premium in what should be a low-scoring contest with one-win Northwestern on Saturday. Odds makers have the total for the game set at just 37.5. However, we only need one explosive pay to take this ticket to the pay window. With Brown’s slippery skills in the open field, this bet could hit in the first quarter.

Pick: Chase Brown OVER 15.5 receiving yards (-115)
