All of the nation’s top-10 programs are in action, but a handful of their games are off the board, which speaks to the lack of quality of their opponents.
No. 3 Ohio State is not one of those super elites facing a cupcake opponent, as they’re expected to have their hands full with No. 12 Oregon.
Check out all the Week 2 odds below, plus a few bets to target, starting with a potential shootout between the Ducks and Buckeyes.

Odds as of September 7th at DraftKings
Oregon vs Ohio State
Ohio State is a 14.5-point favorite, in a game that features a total of 63.5. The over/under is up 5 points since it opened, and it’s not hard to see why.
The Buckeyes offense put on a show in Week 1, lighting up Minnesota for 45 points, 35 of which came in the second half. C.J. Stroud threw for 294 yards and four touchdowns in his first career start, while the team averaged 10.3 yards per play, the second best mark of any FBS program.

Ohio State is the number one ranked offense per SP+, and now faces an Oregon program that could be without a couple key starters. Projected top-five pick Kayvon Thibodeaux is questionable, after suffering an ankle injury in the Ducks’ season opener, while linebacker Dru Mathis had already been ruled out with a leg issue. Oregon allowed Fresno State, ranked 39th offensively per SP+, to put up 24 points and 373 yards on them in Eugene last week, and should struggle to handle the Buckeyes’ firepower.
Ohio State has a 12-0 offense with a 7-5 defense.
— Brandon Walker (@BWalkerSEC) September 3, 2021
As good as Ohio State’s offense looked, their defense looked equally as bad. The Buckeyes surrendered 31 points and 408 total yards to Minnesota last week, while the Ducks offense is loaded with experience. Nine starters are back from last season, including dual threat QB Anthony Brown, who’s in his sixth collegiate season.
Pick: Over 63.5 (-115)
Washington vs Michigan
Our next target is Michigan, who’ll host Washington as 6.5-point favorites. The Wolverines got off to a strong start last week, blowing out Western Michigan by 33, easily covering the 17-point spread. Michigan started slow, but reeled off 40 straight points to cruise to victory.

Jim Harbaugh’s crew averaged 9.2 yards per play, amassing 335 rushing yards, while limiting WMU to 4.6 yards per play. Michigan did lose star receiver Ronnie Bell for the season, but this team wants to pound the ball as much as possible. The Wolverines carried the ball 40 times, and produced three rushing TD over 22 yards.
Washington on the other hand, suffered the worst loss of any Power 5 team in Week 1, losing to FCS program Montana. The Huskies managed only 291 yards, and freshman Dylan Morris was picked off three times by the Grizzlies defense.
That sure takes the shine off that ABC primetime Washington-Michigan game next week.

Morris averaged just 4.9 yards per attempt, while the run game also struggled putting up 2.4 yards per carry.
Pick: Michigan -6.5 (-125)
