  • Read on for our best NFL parlays and teasers for Week 17

There is plenty to consider in Week 17 this weekend as teams prepare for the playoffs or the offseason. With a few heavy favorites and several games expected to be close, we’ve picked out six teams to include for your Week 17 parlays and teasers.

We split 1-1 last week, winning our plus-money +147 odds parlay. but gave some back in losing the teaser as two putrid offenses in the Broncos (but mostly the Rams), somehow managed to combine for 65 points, easily crushing our dreams of an Under. Overall, our season record for NFL parlays and teasers is 11-15, -4.22 units.

Let’s hope to end 2022 with a few extra bucks in our wallets with these parlays and teasers below.

This weekend’s NFL parlay has three teams with two coming from the NFC East, Eagles and Giants, plus a third in the 49ers.

Saints vs Eagles

  • Pick: Eagles

The 13-2 Eagles should top the NFC Conference standings in two weeks’ time. But, “should” is the keyword. The 12-3 Vikings could still pass them and there is an outside shot the 11-4 Cowboys could pass them too.

Needless to say, after falling 40-34 to the Cowboys on Christmas Eve, surely Philly will want to get back in the win column at home and put their stamp on the NFC East division crown. Jalen Hurts sat out last week but has been practicing this week. Even if he can’t go, backup Gardner Minshew proved more than serviceable last week throwing for 355 yards.

Technically, the 6-9 New Orleans Saints are still “On the Bubble” in regards to the playoff picture. They’ve won back-to-back games heading into Week 17, but have scored over 20 points just once in the past month and twice in their past seven games. That won’t be enough to top the Eagles. Take Philly in this Week 17 parlay.

Colts vs Giants

  • Pick: Giants

Watching the Colts on Monday Night Football, it looked like they wouldn’t score if they played two games. Nick Foles returned to the quarterback position after Matt Ryan was benched again and he went a pathetic 17/29 for 143 yards and three interceptions. The Colts were outgained 314 to 173 and lost 20-3 to the Chargers.

Now they’ll come in off a short week to play the 8-6-1 Giants who are currently in a playoff position but still need the wins to maintain that position.

The Chargers put up 101 yards on the ground last week with both Austin Ekeler and Joshua Kelley averaging 3.7 YPC and with Ekeler scoring both of LAC’s touchdowns. Here comes Saquon Barkley who just ran for 84 yards last week and a touchdown, He averaged 6.0 YPC last week and averages 4.4 on the year. Barkley has TDs in back-to-back games and has ten on the season. The Colts will also have to deal with Daniel Jones who has the fifth-most rushing yards among QBs this season.

The Giants should be able to control this game and hand Indy their sixth-straight defeat.

49ers vs Raiders

  • Pick: 49ers

The 49ers haven’t lost since October 23 when they lost at home to the Kansas City Chiefs. Since that defeat, they’ve reeled off eight straight wins to firmly place themselves among the favorites in the Super Bowl odds. San Francisco has won those eight games by an average of 16.63 points per game.

Enter a Raiders team that has one win in three games and that came off a fluke Patriots’ mistake at the end of the game. Starting QB Derek Carr just got benched after throwing nine interceptions (3 last week) in his last five games.

The 49ers’ defense is fourth in interceptions, picking off opposing QBs 15 times this season. So maybe getting Carr out of the equation this week is for the best. But that means the next man up is Jarrett Stidham who’s thrown 13 passes this season. He’s thrown 61 passes in his career for two touchdowns and four interceptions. I’m not betting on him to stop this impressive 49ers’ streak.

NFL Parlay Week 17 picks: Eagles, Giants, 49ers (+128); risk 1 unit

NFL Week 17 Teaser Odds

Matchup Pick (Teaser Odds)
Broncos vs Chiefs Chiefs -12.5 (-2.5)
Jets vs Seahawks Seahawks +1.5 (+11.5)
Bills vs Bengals Bengals +1 (+11)
TOTAL ODDS -136

NFL Week 17 Teaser Picks

NFL betting sites allow you to create an NFL teaser for almost any amount of points. Head over to Barstool Sportsbook to create this ten-point teaser. This week we’ve brought the Chiefs down to under a field goal and bumped the Seahawks and Bengals up to double-digit underdogs.

But really there look to be several options this week for teasers. Any of Carolina, Arizona, Miami, Minnesota or Pittsburgh could be viable options in my opinion.

Broncos vs Chiefs

  • Pick: Chiefs (-2.5)

The Chiefs are basically two-touchdown favorites at home to the lowly 4-11 Broncos. For much of the season, the Broncos were keeping games close through the efforts of their fifth-ranked defense.

However, on Christmas Day, against an equally poor offensive team in the Rams, the dam burst on Denver’s defense. Denver got run off the field, falling behind 31-6 at halftime and eventually losing 51-14. It cost first-year head coach Nathaniel Hackett his job and the search is now on for the next Broncos head coach.

If Baker Mayfield and the Rams can hang 51 on Denver, what will Patrick Mahomes and KC do? The Chiefs have clinched the AFC West, but are still fighting for the top spot in the conference so will surely show up to play and should easily pull away from the Broncos. Maybe they don’t cover 12.5 points, but 2.5?

Jets vs Seahawks

  • Pick: Seahawks (+11.5)

In this game, I’d be looking to tease whoever the underdog is. Both teams are 7-8 and are clinging to faint playoff hopes. In this case, it’s Seattle who is the 1.5-point underdog. They were 2.5 earlier in the week. The Jets are 0-4 this past month, not scoring more than 22 points in any game, while only allowing over 20 points once in this stretch.

Seattle is 1-3 this past month and 1-5 in their past six. Seattle has scored a combined 23 points the past two weeks. In their last six, win or lose, their games have been decided by 14, 8, 6, 4, 6 and 5 points.

Neither team’s offense is putting up many points lately and the Jets’ D is third overall in yards allowed per game.

I don’t trust either team to create much separation so let’s add some points to Seattle and take the Seahawks at home at +11.5 in this Week 17 teaser.

Bills vs Bengals

  • Pick: Bengals (+11)

It’s the game of the week on MNF when the 12-3 Bills visit the 11-4 Bengals just in time for the launch of Ohio online sports betting. The Bengals are winners of six straight and are 5-1 at home. Furthermore, Cincy is the most profitable team in picks against the spread this season at 12-3. At home, they’re 5-1 and Joe Burrow is currently riding a personal ATS run of 20-3, making him the most profitable QB in the league since 2020.

Cincinnati hasn’t lost since Halloween and even if they come up short to the Bills on MNF, it’s unlikely to be by double digits.

  • NFL Teaser Week 17 picks (10 points): Chiefs -2.5, Seahawks +11.5, Bengals +11 (-136); risk 1 unit
