  • The 4-2 Ravens travel to play the 5-1 Seahawks at CenturyLink Field this weekend
  • The Seahawks are 3-point favorites, after up-and-down line movement during the week
  • Sunday’s game will be  the toughest test yet of Baltimore’s season

The 4-2 Ravens are headed to Seattle for a huge game against the 5-1 Seahawks, tomorrow afternoon. This game is a matchup of two of the league’s most dynamic quarterbacks, and has had an intriguing lead-up, with Ravens vs Seahawks odds movement taking place all week.

Team Spread Moneyline Total
Baltimore Ravens +3 (-107) +139 O 49.5 (-105)
Seattle Seahawks -3 (-113) -159 U 49.5 (-115)

* Odds taken 10/19/19

This spread opened at -3.5 in favor of the Seahawks. It moved up to -4, before dropping a full point and tightening down to only -3.

That movement has resulted in the money being nearly at an even split in this game. According to sportsbooks, 52.1% of bets against the spread are on Baltimore, while 50.9% of against the spread money sides with the Seahawks.

Baltimore has not been good against the spread in 2019. They’ve beaten up on poor teams, but Vegas suggests that this team may not be quite as good as many think they are.

At just .500, the Seahawks haven’t been a profitable team this season either. They do have, however, the man currently favored to be MVP, Russell Wilson.

Who’s the Best Bet?

The Ravens offense leads the league in points per game at 32.2, but that mark has come against several weak defenses. Lamar Jackson has taken advantage of the Dolphins, Bengals, and Cardinals this year, but going to Seattle on Sunday will provide Baltimore with the toughest combination of a defense and crowd noise that they’ve seen all year.

Meanwhile, Russell Wilson is putting together an MVP season against some of the league’s more talented teams. In the last three weeks, he has been on a tear, completing 74% of his passes, while throwing 7 touchdowns to no interceptions, and with a passer rating of 127.9.

In this quarterback duel, side with Russell Wilson at home on Sunday afternoon.
