Seahawks vs Commanders SGP Leg #1 – Jeremy McNichols Can Catch

After going through the SNF matchup, I can confidently say we’ve got a “fun” matchup on our hands. We should see two teams move the ball reasonably well, which should result in points. Given that the Seattle Seahawks stop the run very well, it stands to reason that Washington will throw the ball all night.

One guy who should be busy catching passes is Jeremy McNichols.

Here’s the thing about McNichols: he seems to be playing the “Austin Ekeler” role in the Washington offense these days (shoutout Moe Moton). Before Ekeler got hurt, he was catching passes like a wide receiver. Since he went down, no one has really emerged to replace him besides McNichols. Over his last three games, he’s caught at least two balls in all of them. Last game, he caught five.

Tonight he’ll see the Seattle Seahawks, who are perfect for what we’re trying to do. On the season, no team in the NFL has given up more receptions to the running back position. That’s crazy given the fact that a lot of teams have played eight games while Seattle has only played seven. My guess is Washington has more than a few dumpoffs tonight. We only need two. Feels easy.

SEA vs WASH Same-Game Parlay Leg #2 – Elijah Arroyo Is Better Than People Think

I watched the first game of Seattle’s season against the 49ers, and I remember thinking, “Wow, Jaxon Smith-Njigba is going to catch 1000 balls this season,” and “Who the hell is #18?” That #18 guy only caught one ball that day, but he looked like that was going to be one of many by season’s end.

As I found out with a quick Google search, #18 is named Elijah Arroyo.

As it turns out, Arroyo is the kid from Miami who was drafted 50th in the 2025 NFL Draft. The kid is 6’5″ tall, 254 pounds, and moves like a gazelle. It’s only a matter of time before he’s used more in the Seattle offense, and that time could be now, given the Cooper Kupp injury. It’s not like Kupp is getting all of this love in Seattle, but vacated targets are vacated targets.

We also have the fact that the Washington Commanders have been smoked by the tight end position this season. Only six teams in the entire NFL have allowed more yards to the position. We just saw Travis Kelce dominate those guys last week, and he’s like 55 years old. If Arroyo sees even two targets tonight, he’s going for more than 20 yards. Feels easy.
