Palermo has always been a difficult spot for AC Milan, but this season it could be the time their coach gets sacked if the rossoneri loses at RENZO BARBERA stadiums, this Tuesday at 15:45 PM ET.

Milan beat Genova last weekend but they failed to impressed once again; the rossoneri are living a moment where any bad result could end up with coach Max Allegri out of the team.

Allegri trusts their playmaker Stephan El Shaarawy, who is the team best scorer with six goals this season, to make things happen for the team in Palermo.

“Stephan is doing well. He shows the example that in order to play football we also need spirit. He defends like the others”, Allegri said.

“`To win games all players must always make themselves available, regardless of their quality. This is true for all teams. Our team must continue to play now with the competitive nastiness they showed on Saturday.

“The boys were good without risking anything, other than a few episodes with (Milan defender) Cristian Zapata. We were not in too much of a hurry. After we went ahead, we held on to the ball well. `We need to improve in many areas, but the performance was good”, Allegri added about the win over Genova.

Milan is in the 12th position at the table and in 17th-placed its Palermo. Coach Gian Piero Gasperini knows the task in hand won’t be easy.

`It is always difficult to deal with AC Milan. Compared to the last few teams we have played, they will certainly be tough opponents. We have shown good things but had some difficulties too. Milan have also had some difficulties, but this is certainly a different team to Siena and Torino”.
