Borussia Dortmund vs RB Leipzig Prediction

Borussia Dortmund is in great form and hosts Red Bull Leipzig in the match of the weekend in Germany’s Bundesliga Matchday 32 with plenty at stake for both sides.

Dortmund has won its last four league matches. In fifth place, they still have high hopes of finishing in the top four Champions League places.

Meanwhile, Leipzig is in the second spot and can still mathematically overtake leaders Bayern Munich.

However, Red Bull trails by seven points with three rounds of fixtures remaining.

The oddsmakers at Draftkings make Dortmund +110 favorites for a home win which looks like the most attractive offer.

Leipzig is rated at +225 with the draw – perhaps worth a look at +270. Kick-off is at 9:30 am ET.

Furthermore, this match will lay down a marker for these teams’ meeting in the final of the DFB-Pokal cup competition on May 13.

Dortmund was a 2-0 winner at Wolfsburg in its last Bundesliga game. And, during the current run of four straight wins, it has scored 11 times while conceding only three goals.

With coach Julian Nagelsmann heading to Bayern Munich next season, Red Bull has stuttered recently.

Additionally, it scored a 5-0 win against 2.Bundesliga outfit Holstein Kiel in the Pokal semifinal in its most recent outing last weekend.

Red Bull was also in semifinal cup action last time out – defeating Werder Bremen 2-1.

With coach Julian Nagelsmann heading to Bayern Munich next season, Red Bull has stuttered recently.

They were 2-0 home winners against Stuttgart in their last Bundesliga fixture. But, before that, it failed to win in two league games.

After Dortmund’s 3-1 win in Leipzig in January, they look set for another victory.

Stuttgart vs Augsburg Prediction

Stuttgart hosts Augsburg on Friday in a meeting of two teams that have hit the rocks in recent weeks.

There is more at stake for Augsburg. In 13th place, it is only three points clear of the relegation battle places.

It has, however, lost three and drawn one of its most recent four Bundesliga matches.

Stuttgart’s form has concurrently been even worse with four straight league defeats. But in 10th place, it is safe from relegation.

At DraftKings, Stuttgart is the favorite for a home win at +116 with Augsburg at+230. With kick-off at 2:30 pm ET, the draw is most promising at +245 with both sides struggling entering Bundesliga Matchday 32.

Augsburg has taken emergency action by sacking coach Heiko Herrlich and replacing him with former chief Markus Weinzierl.

Stuttgart was in contention for a European qualifying place at one point.

The change was made after Augsburg was beaten 3-2 at home by FC Koln last time out.

That followed a 2-0 setback at Eintracht Frankfurt.

Stuttgart was in contention for a European qualifying place at one point. But its four straight defeats ended those hopes.

There was a 2-0 defeat for Stuttgart at second-placed Red Bull Leipzig in its most recent fixture.

Meanwhile, there was a 4-1 win for Stuttgart at Augsburg in January. But, to sum up, both teams are in poor form and a point would be more valuable to Augsburg this time around.

FC Koln vs Freiburg Prediction

FC Koln is in 17th place but has made a spirited attempt to escape from the relegation places with two straight wins.

But it would be automatically relegated if it remains in that position.

DraftKings makes Koln a favorite at +100 to defeat Freiburg at home on Sunday in Bundealiga Matchday 32.

Hertha Berlin climbed out of the Bundesliga’s relegation zone with a 3-0 win over visiting Freiburg.

Freiburg is in ninth place and is priced at +240. The draw is +280 with kickoff at 7:30 am ET.

Significantly, the Freiburg team may be a little weary after playing against Hertha Berlin on Thursday evening.

They may be dispirited as well after suffering a comprehensive 3-0 defeat in the German capital – making it two games without a win.

Koln was in seriously big trouble during a run of three straight defeats in April.

But it created some hope with a surprise 2-1 defeat of second-placed Red Bull Leipzig.

Then it subsequently won 3-2 at Augsburg to continue its fightback.

Freiburg won 5-0 at home against Koln in January. But Koln were 4-0 winners at their HQ against Freiburg last February.

In conclusion this time, Koln desperately needs a win and has shown it is in the mood to achieve it.
