Pick 1: Real Betis vs. Mallorca

Is the 12th vs. 18th matchup not doing it for you?

It should: Betis (7-8-9) have won three of their last four home matches against fairly stout opposition (Real Sociedad, Athletic Bilbao and Valencia) and Mallorca are woeful away from home.

Vicente Moreno’s Mallorca are the worst road team in La Liga’s history to-date (0-1-10), with just 7 GF and 26 GA; in their last three outings, they’ve conceded seven times.

Betis — while not in the best of league form at the moment — have had each of their last four contests at the Benito Villamarin hit the “Over”.

Pick: O 2.5, 3 (-107)

Pick 2: Levante vs. Real Madrid

A slip-up at home last weekend against Vigo (2-2) has slimmed Real Madrid’s lead atop the table to just a single point, and Zinedine Zidane’s Blancos (15-8-1) know they will need a result at Levante (9-2-13) this week to retain their lead.

Saturday’s hosts have been poor in recent weeks, leaking goals en route to four defeats in their last five games, while Real Madrid’s draw last week snapped a five-game league winning streak for the league leaders.

Real have been filling the net and Levante have been allowing nearly two goals per game over their last five.

Pick: O 3, 3.5 (-109)

Pick 3: Getafe vs. Sevilla

Tricky, tricky, tricky.

Getafe (12-6-6) and Sevilla (11-7-6) have taken very different paths to a virtually identical place in the league table — all while making decent strides in Europe.

It’s been a whirlwind of wins for Getafe, who sit a club-record third place in La Liga at this juncture and have picked up victories against Bilbao, Valencia and Dutch giants Ajax in the span of three weeks.

Sevilla have been on a bumpier ride under Julen Lopetegui, but remain in the top five a trio of underwhelming results against bottom-half Alaves (1-1), Celta Vigo (1-2) and Espanyol (2-2) in the same timeframe.

Pick: Getafe (+136)
