Premier League Matchday 11 Odds & Picks: Chelsea vs Leeds, Liverpool vs Wolves & Tottenham vs Arsenal
- The 11th matchday of the Premier League kicks off on Saturday and we are in store not only for a North London derby, but multiple highly contested fixtures
- A Raul-less Wolves side look to test Liverpool at Anfield as 1,500 fans will be in the Kop, while Bielsa and Leeds look to take points off third-place Chelsea
- Tottenham and Arsenal is the match most fans will be waiting for as Tottenham look to build on their strong Premier League start
After another European midweek, the Premier League is back for its 11th round of matches. Sadly, two teams will not be playing. Due to a COVID-19 outbreak within the club, Newcastle had to request to the Premier League to postpone their match against Aston Villa. Nonetheless, we still have nine games to look forward to on Saturday and Sunday including the 201st North London derby, a game that 14th place Arsenal have won 82 times compared to Tottenham’s 65.
This weekend is particularly interesting because five of the top six sides did not win their last Premier League match. Expect all of them to go after it in very winnable games for each of them. Especially before the Christmas period, these matches are so imperative in a season that is truly up for grabs.

Premier League Pick 1: Chelsea vs Leeds
Leeds are an interesting case study as a team that just came up from the Championship. Bielsa has managed to win recent matches at Villa Park and Goodison, but his team looks like they are at sixes and sevens against sides like Crystal Palace. Leeds have not shown they can be a consistent side in the Premier League week-in, week-out which is why they could struggle against an in-form Chelsea side.
Lampard has led his side to win six out of their last seven, including one draw to a thriving Tottenham side. The competition was not the best, but he has players now that fit his style of play. After scoring four goals against Sevilla, Olivier Giroud looks to be at his best as well which leads me to believe this could be a goal-fest.
My Pick: Over 3.5 Total Goals (+135)
Premier League Pick 2: Liverpool vs Wolves
After dropping points to Brighton last weekend, Liverpool needs a positive result in this game. Alisson Becker has been added to their long list of current injuries with a hamstring problem, but young Irish goalkeeper Caoimhin Kelleher looked stellar in the Champions League against Ajax. This Liverpool side is resilient in the Premier League, and how often do they drop points consecutively in any competition?
🗣 "When you play for a club like Liverpool that has one of the best atmospheres in the world, it feels like something is missing."

This Premier League game is being played at Anfield in front of 2,000 fans, 1,500 of which sat in the Kop for the first time in months. Expect the Reds to put on a performance for the Scouse faithful. Not to mention, Wolves will be without their main man, Raul Jimenez up top. Nuno has a great squad full of youth and offense, but with Jimenez out they look like a much different side.
My Pick: Liverpool -1.5 (+148)
Premier League Pick 3: Tottenham vs Arsenal
The last highlighted match of the Premier League weekend is of course, the North London derby. These two sides meet up on Sunday after playing Europa League games on Thursday night, which could substantially impact fitness levels. Arsenal looks like a mess as of late with only one win against Molde in their last four matches. If Arteta loses this one, you know some Gunner fans will be calling for his seat.

Additionally, Aubameyang looks disinterested at times which is fair when you look at the talent levels around him. Jose will look to expose that on Sunday with his offense that has scored 21 goals so far this Premier League season. Harry Kane is looking to have the best season of his life with seven goals and nine assists already. Expect him to score against a lackluster Arsenal defense this weekend. Kane is an injury concern, but Mourinho said earlier in the week there is a good chance he is fit for Sunday.
My Pick: Harry Kane to score (+115)
