Odds to Win the MLS Cup 2018

Team Odds
Atlanta United +140
New York Red Bulls +275
Sporting KC +300
Portland Timbers +400

08/14/18 Update: There’s life in Toronto. The Reds are healthy, in the Canadian Championship Finals and 2-2-1 in MLS play this past month. But hopes of MLS Cup glory have flat lined in Chicago, Orlando and San Jose. They may not all have the worst odds, but long losing streaks have seen them take a steep drop in the odds market.

07/17/18 Update: There’s hope in DC. They now have a home field. And they have Wayne Rooney! And they are 1-2-1 in their last four and have odds of well, +9000…But compared to +24300 last month, this is huge.

06/11/18 Update:  Now nearly halfway through the year and the MLS Cup finalists from each of the past two years in Toronto and Seattle are trading at their lowest levels yet. Toronto +3000 and Seattle +5000 are well out of the playoff races, much less anywhere near what anyone would call a contender.
