Ottawa knows they can’t lose at home if they want to bring this series to the max; Senators and Penguins meet in game four this Wednesday at 7:30 PM ET at Scotiabank Place.

The series is 2-1 after a Senators OT win in game three. “We were just calm,” Craig Anderson said about the way they play the overtime. “We had tied it up. We had momentum. We felt like the fans really rallied behind us. Going into overtime, we knew we just had to build off the momentum and keep the pressure on.”

The Senators tied the game with 29 seconds on the clock to then win it in OT.

“It looked like they had it wrapped up, and we were able to get a big goal shorthanded to get into overtime, and then both teams had their chances before we got the winner,” Daniel Alfredsson said.

The Penguins had six Power Play opportunities and 50 shots on goals, and they were able to scores just once, and it wasn’t via the Power Play.

“Whether you win or lose, you always turn the page quickly and concentrate on the next one,” Penguins captain Sidney Crosby said. “Obviously it’s disappointing, but we will bounce back.”

Ottawa improved to 3-0 at home in this postseason, but they need to improve in teams of avoiding penalties because the Penguins won’t be so forgiven in front of the net to games in a row.

The Penguins are favorites for game four in the moneyline -145; the Senators are the underdogs +125 despite being at home.
