• February 24 – Yesavage has faded a little as we approach opening day, but his AL ROY have only slid to +370. He’s now being chased by a trio of players at +600: new teammate Kazuma Okamoto, the White Sox’s Munetaka Murakami, and the Royals’ Carter Jensen
• December 3 – Fresh off a fantastic debut in the 2025 MLB Playoffs, the Blue Jays’ Trey Yesavage (+190) has opened as a big favorite to win the AL Rookie of the Year award in 2026. Just behind him on the odds table are Tigers shortstop Kevin McGonigle (+550) and Orioles catcher Samuel Basallo (+700).

NL Rookie of the Year Odds

JJ Wetherholt is commanding the market as the NL favorite, sitting at +130 on average. But the race is tighter at the top than a one-name board: Sal Stewart is close behind at +200, while Nolan McLean (+460) and Konnor Griffin (+700) round out the next tier of legitimate challengers.

Beyond the top two, the implied probabilities drop sharply. Ryan Waldschmidt is a consensus +4000, Carson Benge averages +4500 with a range from +4000 to +5500, and Logan Henderson sits around +5000. Moises Ballesteros carries notable bookmaker disagreement, ranging from +3500 at Caesars to +6600 at BetMGM, while TJ Rumfield and AJ Ewing profile as deeper speculative options in the +5750 to +6033 average range.

Pirates’ shortstop Konnor Griffin has been knocking the cover off the ball in Spring Training, belting 3 HR and 6 RBI in six games. Not originally on the board back in December, Griffin is now getting +280 to win the ROY award.
• December 3 – Looking to lock up the #2 spot in the rotation, the New York Mets’ Nolan McLean (+300) has opened as the early favorite to win the NL ROY in 2026. Not far behind McLean are the Reds’ Sal Stewart (+500), the Cubs’ Moises Ballesteros (+700), and the Pirates’ Bubba Chandler (+700).
