A great ACC battle takes the stage this Thursday Night as the Connecticut Huskies take on the Cincinnati Bearcats at the Fifth Third Arena, in what should be an intense game of two ranked teams in College Basketball.

UConn is 17-4 and have won three in a row, including an 80-43 beating over Houston last Thursday Night. Shabazz Napier scored 19 points, and Ryan Boatright added 15 while they covered a 13 point betting line.

“Rebounding, defense — everything is trending in the right way,” coach Kevin Ollie said. “Now, we’ve got to keep it up.”

The Huskies have scored over 80 points in five of the last six games; the only time they failed to do so was against the current champions Louisville Cardinals.

Cincinnati is 21-2 this season, and riding on a 14 game winning streak that includes a 50-45 victory over the South Florida Bulls last Sunday. This is currently the Bearcats best start in school history.

“We’re not done yet,” senior forward Justin Jackson said. “We want to be on the big stage come March. That’s our focus: When we come to March to have a good seed and do what we need to do.”

The Bearcats are 4.5 point favorites over the Huskies in the College Basketball betting Lines for this Thursday Night. Cincinnati is 1-4 ATS in its last 5 games when playing Connecticut overall and 1-4 ATS hen playing at home against UConn.

Also, consider the total has gone UNDER in 4 of Cincinnati’s last 6 games when playing Connecticut.
