Odds as of May 11th
Anthony Edwards Dishing Dimes
Anthony Edwards is a walking soundbite but he can also play a little basketball. He is primarily a scorer at this point in his career, but the Timberwolves are putting him in positions to facilitate a little more as well. Edwards is more than rising to the challenge.
Anthony Edwards threw a fantastic lefty pass to Naz Reid in the corner on this possession, punishing the defense for overplaying the ball.
Positions are muddled in this era, but I think Ant will develop into an All-Star caliber primary ball-handler, perhaps even next year. pic.twitter.com/b8My1nWZok

In his last eight games, Edwards has dished out at least four assists in five of them. He landed on three in two of those games. While the final assist numbers are nice, it’s not why I think this is a great bet.
During that eight game run, Edwards has seen an average of 9.3 potential assists per game. Over his last four, that number has jumped to 12.3. It’s crazy to see an assist number at 3.5 for +134 when the player has stepped into a role in where he could see 12.3 potential assists. This is a must bet.
- The Pick: Edwards OVER 3.5 Assists (+134)
Jimmy Buckets
Jimmy Butler can put the ball in the basket. Bettors have known that since the first time they saw him play. But one aspect of his game that has taken center stage this season, is his ability to distribute. It shouldn’t come as a surprise though, as Jimmy could always deliver dimes.

Jimmy Butler is averaging a career-high 7.2 assists per game this season. Over his last three games, Butler has recorded at least eight assists in two of them. That includes an 11-assist game against Boston on Sunday.
Given that he is seeing an average of 15.5 potential assists per game over his last three games, it’s surprising he hasn’t’ recorded more helpers. Look for Butler to deliver at least 8 more assists tonight at a sweet +136 price.
- The Pick: Butler to Record 8+ Assists (+136)
