AFC North rivals clash on Thursday Night Football, as the red-hot Steelers (4-1, 2-0 away) visit the Bengals (2-4, 1-1 home). Pittsburgh has reeled off three straight wins in large part thanks to the Aaron Rodgers to DK Metcalf connection. Those two will be featured in my Steelers vs Bengals player prop picks below, along with teammate Kenneth Gainwell.
Kickoff is slated for 8:15 pm ET from Paycor Stadium, in Cincinnati, OH, with Amazon Prime Video providing the broadcast coverage.
The first table below lists the main Steelers vs Bengals player props available in the TNF odds, plus my favorite O/Us to target. The second table features the first TD and anytime touchdown props.
PIT Steelers vs CIN Bengals Player Props
Rodgers actually checks in with a lower passing odds prop than Cincy’s Joe Flacco, and he also project for fewer completions. Pittsburgh’s Jaylen Warren has the highest rushing yards over/under at 47.5, but I’m targeting Gainwell instead with my first player prop pick.

Steelers vs Bengals Player Prop Bet #1: Kenneth Gainwell Rushing Yards
The Steelers check in with a top-10 offense in EPA per play since Week 3. They’ve been extremely efficient through the air and on the ground, and there’s no better run defense to attack than Cincy’s.
The Bengals have allowed the most red zone production to enemy backs and the third most rushing yards per game. Pittsburgh will feature both Warren and Gainwell in this matchup, and I expect more carries than usual for the ladder as a large road favorite.
Bengals Defense Against the Run
Pittsburgh already runs at the league’s 11th highest rate, and Gainwell enters play averaging nearly a yard more per carry than Warren. He also has three explosive runs, while Warren has none, making Gainwell a threat to clear this prop on any single attempt.
- Kenneth Gainwell Over 23.5 yards (-114 at FanDuel); 1 unit
Steelers vs Bengals Player Prop Bet #2: Aaron Rodgers Passing Attempts
If you want to buy the Steelers as a serious Super Bowl 60 odds the arguments starts with Rodgers. He’s getting the ball out faster than ever, completing nearly 70% of his throws. He’s carving up defenses with efficiency and not volume, which makes the under on his passing attempts prop attractive.
Rodgers has cleared 30.5 passing attempts in only one start, and that was in a game versus Seattle where they trailed throughout. Given that Pittsburgh is most likely playing from ahead, plus the struggles of the Cincy run defense, it’s highly unlikely that he sees 31+ passing attempts tonight.
- Aaron Rodgers Under 30.5 Pass Attempts (-115 at Sports Interaction); 1 unit
Steelers vs Bengals Touchdown Scorer Props
Moving over to the Steelers vs Bengals touchdown props, where Warren has the shortest odds to hit pay dirt at -135. A little further down the board we’ll find Metcalf, who’s established himself as Rodgers’ go-to target.
Bengals vs Steelers Prop Bet #3: DK Metcalf Anytime TD
Metcalf’s team-high 23% target share isn’t astronomical, but it jumped to 31% last week with Calvin Austin out. Austin is expected to sit again tonight, making Metcalf an appealing anytime touchdown bet.
He’s scored in four straight games coming in, and is just as likely to bust a long play as he is to catch a touchdown in close. Speaking of the red zone, he leads the team in routes run and targets inside the opposing team’s 20-yard line, with a 100% catch rate so far.
- DK Metcalf Anytime TD (+155 at DraftKings); 1 unit
