The best odds to score a goal belong to Rocket Richard Trophy-winner Leon Draisaitl at +140. Sam Reinhart and Sam Bennett have the best odds on the Florida side at +175.

Odds as of June 9 at bet365. See the latest on Alberta sports betting apps.

Draisaitl and Bennett both have three goals through the first two games of the series. Connor McDavid’s five assists lead all players in scoring.

EDM vs FLA Game 3 Pick #1: Draisaitl Under 1.5 Points

My first play for Game 3 is Leon Draisaitl not to have a multi-point game, unlike Games 1 and 2. The main reason is that I expect a much better defensive performance from Florida, including goalie Sergei Bobrovsky.

When these teams went the full seven games in the Stanley Cup finals last year, the Panthers held the Oilers to one goal (or fewer) in three of four home games, including a 3-0 shutout in Game 1.

Altogether, Bobrovsky had an elite .939 save percentage at Amerant Bank Arena against the Oilers last season, and that includes an ugly 5-1 loss in Game 5. Outside of that start, he was nearly perfect against Edmonton at home in last year’s finals.

Pick: Draisaitl under 1.5 points (-160) at bet365

Oilers/Panther Pick #2: Bennett 5+ Shots on Goal

Sam Bennett has been somewhat feast-or-famine when it comes to shots on goal lately. He’s recorded five or more SOG in five times in the last 15 games (including two of the last three), but been held to two or fewer in another nine, leaving just one game in which he had three or four SOG. So I don’t have much interest in betting on him to hit three at -155 or even four at +175. Instead, I’m targeting five or more at much longer odds (+375).

The Panthers were outshot in Game 1 (46-32) and Game 2 (46-42). But the shot attempts are considerably closer. Edmonton has 45 blocked shots in the series so far, while Florida has just 34. Back at home for the first time in the series, I expect a huge push from Florida out of the gate, which will lead to plenty of rubber on Stuart Skinner. Expect Bennett to have more than his share of that, centering Florida’s second line.

Pick: Bennett 5+ shot on goal at bet365

Oilers vs Panthers Same-Game Parlay for Game 3

If betting on Bennett to climb way up the SOG ladder is a bit rich for your blood, there’s another direction you might want to take: an Oilers/Panthers same-game parlay, including Bennett to hit a more-attainable target of two shots on goal.

Bennett has only failed to reach two SOG in one of the last 11 games and only four times in 19 games in the 2025 playoffs. Bettors can parlay Bennett 2+ shots on goal with Draisaitl under 1.5 points and still end up with decent plus-money odds (+155).

EDM vs FLA Same-Game Parlay: Bennett 2+ SOG & Draisaitl Under 1.5 Points (+155) at bet365
