The White Sox, meanwhile, are 26th in first inning runs scored (0.43). However, the Twins are the second-highest scoring first inning runs team in the game (0.71).

Among American League teams, the Minnesota Twins and New York Yankees are the most potent first five innings squads. Both are averaging 2.82 runs over the first five innings of the game this season.
