Two teams that desperately need a win hook up Saturday night, when the Indiana Fever (3-4, 1-1 road, 4-3 ATS) visit the Chicago Sky (2-4, 1-1 home, 3-3 ATS).
Indiana is the betting favorite in this one, but they’ve dropped three of four, compared to Chicago winning their last two contests. Action tips off Saturday night at 8:00pm ET from United Center in Chicago, Illinois, with CBS carrying the broadcast.
Indiana Fever vs Chicago Sky Odds
Indiana is 5-point road favorites in the WNBA odds, and -198 on the moneyline, an implied win probability of 66.4%. Chicago is a +164 underdog to win straight up (37.9%). The game total is set at 167.5 points.

Fever vs Sky Picks
- Fever vs Sky pick: Over 167.5 points (-112)
The Fever will play a fourth straight game without superstar Caitlin Clark (quad). She had played every game of her collegiate career, and the first 46 contests of her pro career for 185 consecutive games played.
In her absence, Indiana lost by six to Washington and two to Connecticut, then rebounded with a nine-point triumph versus the Mystics. The Fever and Sky dueled in the first contest of the campaign, a massive 93-58 victory for the Fever. That came on the heels of three of four victories against Chicago in 2024.
Despite missing Clark for three outings, Indiana is third in scoring (85.3 PPG), compared to Chicago, who are seventh (81.7). The Fever are sixth best at defending, giving up 79.9 points per contest. This is where the Sky have really struggled, allowing a league-worst 92.0 points per game.
However, after a brutal start that saw the Sky lose four straight by an average of 19.5 points, they’ve gotten back on track with a pair of victories over the Dallas Wings. Dallas is a WNBA worst 1-and-7, so it’s hard to discern whether the Sky have turned a corner, or if they’ve beaten up on an inferior opponent and will suffer against a better squad.
With the Fever righting the ship without Clark, I look to them being able to score a lot of points against a vulnerable Sky D, and the teams to combine for over 167.5 points. In five of their first six outings in 2025, the over point total has been attained by both squads, with Chicago allowing far too many points. In three straight meetings prior to the opening duel this year, Indiana and Chicago went over the point total.

As for the WNBA player props, I have my sights set on Angel Reese, who leads the league with an average of 12.3 boards per outing. In her first four contests on the campaign, she was over that total, with 17 her high-water mark against the Fever.
In four of five career duels versus Indiana, Reese has brought down at least 13 rebounds.
On the year, the Fever have allowed 35.6 rebounds per outing, which is fourth worst in the WNBA. I love the value of Reese getting 13 or more, particularly because the number is +105.
- Fever vs Sky player prop bet: Angel Reese over 12.5 rebounds (+105)
