This marks Vanderbilt’s third GameDay appearance overall and first on campus since 2008. Nashville native and comedian Nate Bargatze joins as celebrity guest picker, with live performances from Kenny Chesney and Dierks Bentley adding to the atmosphere in the college football odds.

Both teams enter with identical 6-1 records. Vanderbilt couldn’t pull the Alabama for the second straight year but they shocked the CFB world with a 7-point win over LSU. Missouri’s only loss came in a close 27-24 game against Alabama.

Week 8 saw McAfee take the lead with a 7-1 performance, his only miss coming on the Texas Tech-Arizona State game that everyone got wrong. Saban struggled at 4-4, going against the grain on several picks that didn’t pan out.

The biggest upset was Arizona State’s win over Texas Tech, with every picker backing the Red Raiders. Georgia’s win over Ole Miss and Alabama’s victory over Tennessee proved crucial in separating the field.

Vanderbilt vs Missouri Odds & Analysis

Kickoff: 3:30 PM ET on ESPN at FirstBank Stadium

TotalO 51.5 (-112)U 51.5 (-108)

Weather conditions are perfect for football with 62°F and partly cloudy skies expected. Missouri’s defense allows just 16.7 points per game and has recorded 21 sacks this season. Diego Pavia’s dual-threat ability has been crucial for Vanderbilt, as he’s thrown for 15 touchdowns while adding 438 rushing yards.

The Tigers have won the last five meetings, including a 30-27 overtime thriller last year. Both defenses should control this game, with Missouri allowing just 159.1 passing yards per contest. FirstBank Stadium will be rocking, but defensive strength points to a lower-scoring affair.

  • Pick: Under 51.5 (-108)

Ole Miss at Oklahoma

Line: Oklahoma -5.5 | Total: 52.5 | Kickoff: 12:00 PM ET on ABC

Clear skies and temperatures in the low 70s are forecast for Norman. Oklahoma’s defense leads the nation, allowing just 9.4 points and 132.6 passing yards per game. The Sooners have recorded 28 sacks through seven games.

Ole Miss’ run defense has been their Achilles heel, ranking 100th nationally and giving up 166.7 yards per game. Trinidad Chambliss faces his toughest test against a secondary that’s been nearly impenetrable. Oklahoma will lean on Tory Blaylock and the ground game to control the clock.

  • Pick: Oklahoma -5.5 (-108)

Texas A&M at LSU

Line: Texas A&M -2.5 | Total: 48.5 | Kickoff: 7:30 PM ET on ABC

Death Valley at night provides one of college football’s toughest environments. The Aggies are 7-0 for the first time since 1994. LSU’s season hangs in the balance – another loss eliminates them from playoff contention.

Texas A&M’s defense ranks 2nd nationally on third down, converting just 22.7% of the time. LSU hasn’t scored more than 24 points in any FBS game this season. The Aggies’ pass rush with 25 sacks should feast on LSU’s banged-up offensive line. Rueben Owens and the A&M ground game will wear down the Tigers.

  • Pick: Texas A&M -2.5 (-115)

UCLA at Indiana

Line: Indiana -14.5 | Total: 49.5 | Kickoff: 12:00 PM ET on FOX

The second-ranked Hoosiers look to start 8-0 for just the third time in school history. Indiana allows just 82.5 rushing yards per game and has held six straight opponents under 100 yards on the ground.

UCLA started 0-4 but has won three straight, averaging 233.3 rushing yards during the streak. Nico Iamaleava brings a 5-2 record as a starter against ranked opponents. The Bruins’ turnaround has been remarkable – they’re playing with house money as massive underdogs.

  • Pick: UCLA +14.5 (-110)

BYU at Iowa State

Line: Iowa State -2.5 | Total: 44.5 | Kickoff: 2:30 PM ET on FOX

Jack Trice Stadium is sold out for the undefeated Cougars’ visit. BYU has won nine straight games and gone 13 straight without allowing 30 points. Bear Bachmeier leads the Cougars with 17 total touchdowns.

Iowa State’s Abu Sama III has exploded in October, averaging 136.5 rushing yards per game. The Cyclones had extra time to prepare coming off their bye week. Home field advantage in Ames is real – Iowa State remains unbeaten there this season.

  • Pick: Iowa State -2.5 (-110)

Utah at Colorado

Line: Utah -13.5 | Total: 49.5 | Kickoff: 10:15 PM ET on ESPN

Utah seeks revenge after last year’s 49-24 blowout loss in this same matchup. The Utes have won 17 of their last 18 home games at Rice-Eccles Stadium. Their rushing attack averages 245 yards per game.

Colorado’s defense gives up 188 yards on the ground while their offensive line has allowed 15 sacks. Kaidon Salter faces Utah’s elite pass defense that allows the fewest passing yards in the conference. The Utes will control the trenches and dominate time of possession.

  • Pick: Utah -13.5 (-108)
