Middleton Cooks New York From Downtown
Khris Middleton is playing very well for the Bucks lately, registering 20+ points in six straight games as the defending champs continue to stay hot, going 8-2 in their last 10 contests. While the Milwaukee forward is more than capable of scoring from all over the floor, he’s specifically been thriving from downtown.

Middleton, a 35% three-point shooter, has hit the over in triples in two consecutive appearances and three of his previous four. On Friday night against the Houston Rockets, he was an impressive 5 for 11 then just two nights before, Middleton drained 4 of 8 from beyond the arc. As we know, the Knicks are struggling immensely at the moment on both ends of the floor but especially defensively. Giannis will likely show out, but so will his right-hand man. Take the over in threes.
Pick: Khris Middleton Over 2.5 Three-Pointers (+112)
Durant Destroys Pistons
Kevin Durant is absolutely lighting it up this season, leading the NBA in scoring with an impressive 28.5 points per game. Night in and night out, you can rely on KD to will the Nets to victory. Although he has some nice pieces around him, Durant is undoubtedly the most important player to Brooklyn’s success.

The 11-time All-Star has hit the over in points in three of his last four contests, most recently going for 31 against Trae Young and the Atlanta Hawks on Friday evening. While it’s obviously a tough task to score close to 30+, Durant has extra motivation on Sunday. His star teammate, James Harden, is out due to rest, which means KD will be relied on even more than usual.
Against a team like the Pistons, who have dropped 11 straight and just lost their best player in Jerami Grant to a thumb injury, all signs point to Durant cooking Detroit’s defense.
Pick: Kevin Durant Over 28.5 Points (-116)
