BetMGM Missouri is Coming, Here’s What Missourians Should Expect

• BetMGM Missouri was one of nine operators awarded a license by the MGC

There was never much doubt it would happen, but the Missouri Gaming Commission made it official recently when it awarded BetMGM Missouri one of nine temporary sports betting licenses, giving it the green light to prepare to operate in the state.

Missouri sports betting apps will launch at midnight on December 1, and the “King of Sportsbooks” will be part of that.

I’ll dig into what Show-Me State bettors should expect from BetMGM Missouri, how to sign up, and what pre-registration could look like on November 17.

When Can You Register at BetMGM Missouri?

BetMGM has not announced a pre-registration plan in Missouri, but the MGC did set Nov. 17 as the first day bettors in the state can register for and fund their sports betting accounts.

Pre-registration allows users to set up their accounts, and sometimes claim a pre-registration bonus, prior to the official launch of legal sports betting. That way, on launch day, you can immediately start placing your bets.
