Online casinos in the United States are continuing to be in the “good old days,” as revenue keeps climbing with no indication of stopping.
While a vast majority are seeing impressive year-over-year growth, there are three operators in particular that should be feeling the best about their results from 2025 and early 2026.
Here’s a look at the three US online casinos trending in the best direction right now.
FanDuel Casino Leading the Way
As online casino revenue keeps growing at a big rate, FanDuel Casino is the leader in the major markets of Pennsylvania, Michigan, and New Jersey.
When it comes to Pennsylvania online casinos, FanDuel is the primary operator under the Valley Forge partnership, with Stardust Casino as the only other under that umbrella. Valley Forge finished with $89.2 million in January online casino revenue, second to Penn National, which had $121.1 million. However, Penn National includes strong names like DraftKings, BetMGM, Fanatics, and Hollywood Casino. Clearly FanDuel is pushing the majority of Valley Forge revenue and likely well ahead of its Penn National peers.
It’s a little more clear in Michigan and New Jersey.
Michigan online casino revenue has FanDuel as the clear state leader. After producing $817.1 million in 2025 to top all operators in Michigan, FanDuel Casino put up $73.3 million in January, besting the field by $7.5 million. FanDuel is the only Michigan operator to surpass $70 million in monthly revenue, which is has done in four consecutive months.
For New Jersey online casinos, FanDuel posted $655.5 million in 2025 revenue to take over the operator lead from DraftKings, which finished with $569.8 million. January saw that lead continue, as FanDuel posted $58.9 million in revenue, besting the field by $10 million.
Fanatics Casino Biggest Yearly Improvement
While not necessarily the biggest operator expansion in terms of overall dollars, no online casino in the US is seeing the year-over-year percentage growth like Fanatics Casino.
New Jersey and Michigan again show us the trend, as Pennsylvania doesn’t separate revenue by operator.
In Michigan, Fanatics produced $145.5 million in iGaming revenue in 2025. That was more than the license holder for the Lac Vieux Desert Band of Lake Superior Chippewa Indians had produced over the previous four years combined. PointsBet previously operated with that license before Fanatics took over.
January saw Fanatics more than double its revenue compared to a year prior, jumping from $7.8 million to $17.6 million. It marked the 22nd consecutive month that Fanatics has at least doubled up its revenue in a given month, year-over-year.
Similar growth is taking place for Fanatics in New Jersey, as the operator more than quadrupled its revenue in 2025 with $92.3 million, up 313.7% from 2024’s $22.3 million.
In January, Fanatics more than tripled its revenue compared to a year prior, climbing from $3.5 million in January 2025 to $12.0 million in January 2026.
It’s clear that Fanatics has really found its footing in the US iGaming market and is doing something right to continue to boost business.
Hard Rock Bet Boosted by Michigan Addition
Hard Rock Bet was only an available online casino in New Jersey for quite a while, but the recent expansion into Michigan has been a smashing success and helping Hard Rock become one of the biggest revenue producers in the US.
It’s Michigan launch was the most successful in the history of the state, as its first full month of operation produced $35.7 million. That’s more than any MI operator before it has done in a debut month.
While Hard Rock fell back to $23.1 million in January, that still landed it fourth amongst Michigan iGaming operators. In the two months combined, the $58.8 million is already more than the Hannahville Indian Community license holder had done in nearly five years combined before Hard Rock Bet ($54.7 million). Don’t expect to see Hard Rock Casino fall back in big chunks moving forward. It should find its regular footing throughout the winter and spring.
As Michigan’s platform has exploded, Hard Rock keeps making solid gains in New Jersey. In 2025, Hard Rock grew its online casino revenue 37.2% to $158.5 million. It finished sixth overall in a highly competitive NJ market.
The high growth rate continued in January, as Hard Rock posted $17.3 million in revenue, up 38% from the $12.5 million it did in January 2025.
The operator is seeing positives, driven by its Hard Rock Casino promo code that features a low playthrough requirement. It’s getting new eyes on a unique presentation that Hard Rock is bringing to stand apart from competition.
