PSG (+150) vs. Chelsea (+180) (Draw +225)
The UEFA Champions League returns tomorrow with the first match in the Round of 16. Paris-St. Germain will host Chelsea at the Parc des Princes Stadium (2:45 p.m. Eastern).
Zlatan Ibrahimovic and PSG are slight favorites playing at home in the first leg, sitting at +150 in the moneyline. A Chelsea win will pay +180, and the draw +225.
In the group stage, PSG were perfect at home (3-0-0), outscoring their opponents 7-3. They handed Barcelona their only loss of the Group Stage in Paris.
Chelsea, meanwhile, were road warriors in Group G, winning two and drawing one as the visitors and posting a +6 goal difference (7-1).
Chelsea and PSG also met in the quarterfinals of last year’s Champions League. Each team won one leg of the home-and-home, but Chelsea moved on thanks to scoring the lone away goal.
In their local leagues, Chelsea has dominated the Premier League this season, sitting seven points up on second-place Manchester City. PSG hasn’t fared as well in Ligue 1, sitting third in the table two points back of leaders Lyon.
Betting-wise, neither team will want to concede the all-important first goal, which will likely make for a tight, low-scoring game. The draw (at +225) looks like the best value.
