16 teams remain in the College World Series after regionals wrapped up on June 2. Now, Super Regionals start on Friday, June 6, and the remaining teams play each other in a best-of-three series to determine the final eight to reach Omaha in the College World Series.

The CWS odds changed a lot over the weekend after the top two national seeds lost in regionals. Vanderbilt lost to 4-seed Wright State and became the first-ever #1 national seed to fail to reach the regional final. #2 Texas lost to UTSA twice in the Austin regional.

See below for the latest college baseball odds for the 16 teams that made it to the supers.

The SEC had 13 teams make the NCAA Tournament, which is a record for the most teams in a single conference to make it to regionals. However, just four SEC teams advanced to the super regionals.

The top three favorites in the College World Series odds are all SEC teams. LSU is +330, Arkansas is +380, and last year’s winner, Tennessee, is +500. Auburn, the #4 national seed, is fifth in the latest CWS odds at +1000.

The SEC has won the last five College World Series and six of the last seven.

The ACC, which has been the second-best conference in college baseball, has had a strong year. They have five teams in the super regionals, and North Carolina (+700) has the best odds out of any team in the conference. The ACC went 8-4 against the SEC in regionals.

Arkansas headed into regionals as the favorite, but LSU passed them despite having a scare against Little Rock. The Tigers did not allow a run in their first two regional games, but lost a shocking regional final game vs Little Rock 10-4. That forced a Game 7 where LSU had to come from behind to defeat the 4-seed.

The Razorbacks cruised through the Fayetteville regional, winning their games 6-2, 12-1, and 8-3.

Murray State became just the tenth 4-seed to ever win a regional. The Racers upset the host, Ole Miss, in Game 1, then beat Georgia Tech 13-11 to advance to the regional final. Murray State lost to Ole Miss in the first game, but beat them Monday night to advance to the supers. The Racers (+12000) have the longest odds to win the College World Series.
