Another region, more chalk. The #2 UConn Huskies (31-5 SU, 14-22 ATS) and #3 Michigan State Spartans (27-7 SU, 17-15-2 ATS) will meet in the East Region Sweet 16 at Capital One Arena in Washington, DC, on Friday, March 27th. Tip-off is scheduled for 9:45 pm ET.
Every analytics site projects a razor-thin margin. The opening Michigan State/UConn odds follow suit, listing the Huskies as miniscule favorites.

The Huskies and Spartans are almost even in the March Madness championship odds. At DraftKings, UConn is priced at +2500 and Michigan State at +3000. Both teams are trading at 3 at prediction site Kalshi, which is equal to +3233 odds.
Michigan State has posted two convincing wins in the tournament, running over #14 North Dakota State (92-67) before handling #6 Louisville (77-69). Jeremy Fears Jr has dished out 27 assists through two games.
UConn was pushed some by #15 Furman (82-71) and then blew past shorthanded #7 UCLA in the second round (73-57).
