Manchester City (-550) vs. Hull (+1400) (Draw +650)

Manchester City no longer have any room for error if they hope to catch Chelsea at the top of the EPL table. The Citizens, who haven’t won in their last three EPL matches, will host Hull tomorrow (February 7) at Etihad Stadium with kick-off set for 10:00 AM Eastern.

In the moneyline, Man City are heavy favorites to win, listed at -550. On the other side, a win from Hull will pay +1400 and the draw +650.

The Sky Blues are big favorites despite the recent winless streak, which stretches to four when you count all competitions.

City captain, Vincent Kompany, says his team isn’t worried about the recent downturn.

“This is just such a usual situation for us,” Kompany said. “Five points behind in January or February? Big deal. We feel very comfortable, as we have been in that position many times before. We don’t get over-excited, we don’t get over-confident, and we don’t get too desperate as well. We just have a job to do, and when we have to, usually we do turn up. So the team is ready for whatever happens next.”

In the standings, Manchester City are second in the table with 48 points (14-6-3) and a +23 goal difference. They are five points back of first-place Chelsea, but also five clear of third-place Man. United.

Meanwhile, Hull City is fighting to get out of the relegation zone. The team has recorded just four wins all season, and are currently third-last in the league with 19 points (4-7-12). If they can manage a single point on Saturday, they would likely move out of the bottom three.

Hoping for the full three points may be overly optimistic considering Hull have never won away against Manchester City in a league match (0-3-6 all-time).
