Tottenham (+225) vs. Arsenal (-130) (Draw +250)

After smashing Aston Villa (5-0) in their last fixture, Arsenal will look for their fourth consecutive win tomorrow when they visit Tottenham Hotspur in the North London Derby at White Hart Lane Stadium (7:45 a.m. Eastern).

Despite playing away from Emirates Stadium, the Gunners are favored to win this year’s Derby, listed at -130 in the moneyline, while the Spurs are +225 and the draw +250.

Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger won’t be able to count on his most lethal weapon, however, as Chilean striker Alexis Sanchez has been ruled out with a hamstring injury. However, last weekend, Arsenal showed that they can still win without their top scorer, racking up five goals against Villa.

“He is not far away, the Leicester game [on Tuesday] is a possibility,” Wenger said of Sanchez. “He is of course very difficult to keep quiet. He is training, but it’s light training.”

The injury bug goes deeper than just Sanchez for this weekend’s game, however. The Gunners’ medical department has also ruled out Mikel Arteta, Jack Wilshere, Mathieu Debuchy. and Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain.

Meanwhile, on the other side of the field, Spurs manager Mauricio Pochettino is happy that striker Emmanuel Adebayor remains with the team after the transfer market closed. (Adebayor was rumored to be headed to West Ham.)

“We are happy that he has stayed as he is a very important player. We need to provide him with the tools to improve, as we do with all the players. We push them, make sure they train in a good way and, after, when they have the chance to play, they give their best,” said Pochettino.

In the standings, Arsenal is fifth in the table with 42 points (12-6-5) and a +19 goal difference. Meanwhile, the Spurs are hot on their heels with 40 points (12-4-7) and a +5 differential.

Given Arsenal’s numerous injuries, take the draw.
