The 2026 edition of The Masters is underway at Augusta National. The small-but-elite field teed off in near-perfect conditions on Thursday morning: sunny with temperatures in the high 40s in the morning and reaching a high of 74F in the afternoon.
The first section below lists the live Masters odds at prediction site Kalshi for the top-ten favorites. The second section contains the live leaderboard.

Odds Timeline:
- 11:28 am ET (April 9): Early co-leaders Patrick Reed and Tommy Fleetwood are both moving up the board; Fleetwood is now the second-favorite at 9.5¢ (+953). Reed is fifth at 6.8¢ (+1371).
- 10:14 am ET (April 9): World #1 and two-time Masters champion Scottie Scheffler will start round 1 as the 14¢ favorite at Kalshi, which is equal to +614 odds in traditional sports-betting terms. That’s nearly twice as short as second-favorite Jon Rahm, who’s trading at 8¢ (+1150).

Live Masters Leaderboard (2026)
Leaderboard Updates:
- 11:33 am ET (April 9): Reed and Fleetwood are both -3 after five holes. They’re tied for the lead with Kitayama, who’s -3 through nine holes.
- 10:17 am ET (April 9): 35 of 91 players are on the course. Sam Burns is off to a red-hot start, birdying two of the first three holes to share the lead with 60-year-old José María Olazábal, who’s -2 through 7 holes.
