Koo is the King of the KBO
Koo’s most recent outing was a carbon copy of his previous five. He allowed just one run, struck out six and didn’t allow a walk. He’s surrendered just three runs in 41 innings all season, and has a 44-9 strikeout-to-walk rate.

His 0.66 ERA and 0.71 WHIP are tops in the KBO, and he also leads the league in quality starts and strikeouts. Only one opponent has produced more than five base-runners against him, and the last time he faced the Heroes he held them to three hits and one run over seven innings.

Also working in Koo’s favor is the insane Dinos offense behind him. NC has scored seven or more times in seven of eight and will face Seung Ho Lee who’s allowed 11 runs in his last 7.1 innings.
Pick: NC Dinos -1.5 (-175)
Show Straily Some Love
Another KBO starter who’s been turning heads all season is Lotte’s Dan Straily. The 31-year-old held KT Wiz scoreless over 7 innings in his last outing, and has now allowed just one run total in his last three starts.
There were four #KBO K leaders today but only one who gave up no ER: Dan Straily
He's now given up 1 ER in his last 18 frames and has a 2.23 ERA on the year.

Only Koo has racked up more strikeouts than Straily, and the former MLB’er ranks fourth in ERA. His Giants meanwhile, have reeled off six straight wins and are facing an LG team that pulled double duty on Thursday.
The Twins took both games of their double-header versus the SK Wyverns but used eight pitchers in the process. If LG can’t get a quality outing from Tyler Wilson it could be a long night for the home team.
Pick: Lotte Giants +1.5 (-135)
KIA and SK Stay Under
We’ve been targeting the under in Wyverns’ games lately and we’ll go right back to the well on Friday. SK is one of the league’s lowest scoring teams and is hitting just .238 at home this season.
KIA meanwhile, averages less than four runs per contest away from home and the under is 14-4 in Tigers’ road games in 2020.
Also working in the under’s favor is what projects to be a strong pitching matchup. SK will turn to Jong Hoon Park, who hasn’t allowed more than three runs in an outing all season. He’s undefeated in six starts and last time out held Samsung to just two runs over 6 innings.

KIA will counter with Drew Gagnon, who’s had a roller coaster season, but when he’s on he’s been terrific. Gagnon allowed just one run last time out versus high powered Doosan and has given up one run or less in three of his last four outings.
Pick: Under 9.0 (-130)
