MayPac Odds – How Will “Pac-Man” Celebrate a Win?

On May 2, Manny Pacquiao hopes to upset Floyd Mayweather when they step into the ring together in Las Vegas. The long talked about mega-fight is expected to shatter revenue records for a boxing match. A Pacquiao win would improve the WBO champ’s record to 58-5-2 and set off massive celebrations in his native Philippines.

What else might we expect if Pac-Man prospers? While Pacquiao is much more humble and pious than his foe, who’s apt to flash some cash and run his mouth in the wake of a victory, Manny has a renegade side to him, as well. In the wake of what would be the biggest win of his storied career, it’s entirely plausible that Pacquiao will either get philanthropic with his winnings or shelter it in a tax haven.
