Is there a hotter hitter right now than Corey Seager? He’s eight-for-17 in the World Series and four RBI’s in his last four games. The concern here is that he didn’t do so well against Blake Snell in Game 2, going 0-for-2 in his two meetings with him. Seager also batted just .275 against lefties this season compared to .322 versus righties.

You could bet over on the RBI prop but it feels a bit risky. Betting Seager to score a run at +130 offers more value. Seager has scored a run in every game in the World Series and has touched the plate in 11 of his last 14 playoff games. Take the over with this prop but avoid the RBI over.
Prediction: Seager Over 0.5 Runs
Blake Snell Strikeouts
Total Strikeouts By Pitcher | Over Odds | Under Odds |
---|---|---|
Blake Snell | Over 5.5 (-157) | Under 5.5 (+120) |
Blake Snell managed to whiff the Dodgers nine times in Game 2 of the World Series and what’s interesting is that he only lasted 4.2 innings. Control was a bit of an issue as he still allowed four walks. He was mostly in good shape until the fifth where the wheels fell off. He allowed a two-out rally and the Rays pulled him.

Snell is faced with a strikeout total of 5.5 in this game but he’s only been over this mark in back-to-back games just once this season. He’s made 16 appearances this season and given that history, it seems unlikely he gets six or more strikeouts again.
The other key here is that the Dodgers are pretty good against lefties. They are 17-8 on the season against southpaws and were in the middle of the pack in terms of strikeouts against lefties (14th). Look for them to have a better read on Snell this time around and for his to stay under his strikeout numbers.
Prediction: Snell Under 5.5 Strikeouts
Rays vs Dodgers Game 6 Team Totals
Team | Over Odds | Under Odds |
---|---|---|
Tampa Bay Rays | Over 3.5 (-114) | Under 3.5 (-103) |
Los Angeles Dodgers | Over 4.5 (+117) | Under 4.5 (-136) |
Our pitching matchup on Tuesday will feature Blake Snell going up against Tony Gonsolin. The first time these two met up, the Rays won 6-4 as Gonsolin lasted just 1.1 innings while Snell made it through 4.2 innings of work.

Taking a look at the Rays team total, we’ve got 3.5 on the board and that feels low. Gonsolin’s opponents have reached four runs or more in six of his last nine outings and one of the misses was a three-run result. The Rays are 11-2 after a day off this season, so expect them to be crisp and get over the 3.5.
Prediction: Rays Over 3.5 Runs
