  • The Milwaukee Brewers have advanced to face the Los Angeles Dodgers in the 2025 NLCS
  • The Brewers were a perfect 6-0 against the Dodgers in the regular season

No player on the team would ever say it, but you’d have to think that the Los Angeles Dodgers’ clubhouse was pulling for the Cubs in Saturday’s winner-take-all NLDS Game 5 against the Milwaukee Brewers. But it was the Brewers (97-65, 52-29 home, 45-36 away) who triumphed, setting up a best-of-seven National League Championship Series with the Dodgers (93-69, 52-29 home, 41-40 away) which will start on Monday, Oct. 13, at American Family Field in Milwaukee.

The Brewers went a perfect 6-0 against LAD in the regular season and will have homefield advantage in the NLCS (hosting Games 1 and 2, plus 6 and 7 if necessary), but oddsmakers still give the reigning World Series-champions a sizable edge in the opening Dodgers vs Brewers odds.
