Home Run Pick #1: Brandon Lowe (+420 at FanDuel with 30% Profit Boost)

My best home run pick today is Brandon Lowe against the Orioles. Lowe is +320 to hit a home run at FanDuel Sportsbook, but with the Dinger Tuesday 30% profit boost, he becomes +420. That is incredible value for this matchup he has tonight.

Dean Kremer takes the mound for Baltimore tonight, and he just gave up a home run in his last start. He has also given up six home runs over his last five home starts.

The main reason I love this matchup is because Kremer struggles with lefties. Left-handed batters have hit 14 of the 22 home runs that he has allowed, and they are slugging .457 against him. To make it even better, he is pitching at home at Camden Yards, which is seventh in ballpark factor for left-handed hitters.

Lowe, on the other hand, has been smashing right-handed pitching. He is slugging .537 against righties and has hit 25 of his 30 homers off them. Lowe is also slugging .502 on the road.

He homered in his last game and has hit two home runs in his last four. Lowe is a streaky home run hitter, and when he gets going, he really gets going, so I like for him to stay hot tonight.

Lowe has also been successful against Kremer. In 16 career at-bats against him, Lowe is batting .313 with a double and a home run.

He has an exit velocity of 91.2 and a hard-hit rate of 46.5%, making Lowe a great bet to go yard tonight against a right-handed pitcher at Camden Yards.

Home Run Pick #2: Bryce Harper (+340 at FanDuel)

My next favorite home run pick is Bryce Harper at +340 odds. He is facing Edward Cabrera and the Marlins, and Cabrera just gave up three home runs in his last start.

Cabrera has been worse on the road, and left-handed batters have hit 9 of the 15 home runs that he has allowed this season. Citizens Bank Park is third in ballpark factor for lefties, and winds will be blowing out to right field, which is perfect for Harper in this matchup.

Harper is slugging .502 against right-handed pitching and has hit 17 of his 27 home runs off them. He is also slugging .569 at home and has gone yard 15 times at Citizens Bank.

He has a 91.3 exit velocity and a 47.7% hard-hit rate.

In Harper’s career against Cabrera, he is 4-10 (.400 BA) with two doubles and a home run. I believe he can hit another home run off Cabrera tonight.

Home Run Pick #3: Trent Grisham (+320 at FanDuel)

My next home run pick today is Trent Grisham against the White Sox at +320 odds.

Shane Smith has struggled with lefties, which should be a problem tonight at Yankee Stadium and the short porch. Left-handed batters have hit 13 of the 17 home runs that he has allowed this year.

Smith has given up four homers over his last four starts and has been worse on the road this season.

Grisham, on the other hand, has been crushing it against right-handed pitching. He is slugging .520 and has hit 27 of his 33 home runs off them.

He is also slugging .682 over the last seven days. He should stay hot tonight against the White Sox with his 91.1 exit velocity and 46.4% hard-hit rate.

Home Run Pick #4: Jo Adell (+310 at FanDuel)

My final home run pick for September 23 is Jo Adell at +310 odds.

Cole Ragans is starting for the Royals tonight, and he has given up a home run in back-to-back starts.

He has not given up a lot of home runs this year, but he has struggled of late, and right-handed batters have hit all six of the home runs he has allowed.

Angel Stadium is fourth in ballpark factor for righties. Jo Adell has 36 bombs on the season, and he is slugging an absurd .600 against left-handed pitching this year.

Adell is also slugging .514 at home, making this a great matchup. He has also had success against Ragans.

AVG.333
OBP.333
SLG.889

In 9 at-bats against Ragans, Adell has hit one home run and two doubles, so he is slugging .889 against him in his career.

He has an exit velocity of 91.8 and a 50.1% hard-hit rate. Adell has a great chance of going yard yet again tonight at home against a left-handed pitcher whom he has had success against.
