Tuesday HR Parlay Leg #1 – Byron Buxton to Hit a Home Run

We need guys we can trust when it comes to dinger parlays. Not only that, but guys who are smashing baseballs at the time we are thinking of betting them. The two go hand-in-hand since it’s easy to trust a guy that’s currently smashing to hit a dinger, but I digress.

One guy who fits our needs is Byron Buxton. Just look at what he does to the pitches he’ll see tonight. It’s damn near illegal.

I can already hear the haters, “Slop, Buxton is only +290.” I know, I saw. Here’s the thing, though, by my calculations, he should be -250. He’s going to see a lefty tonight in Jacob Lopez, who just gets destroyed by right-handed hitters. We’re talking a 12.5% barrel rate to righties in the last month. Buxton is right-handed and has a 93 mph exit velocity against lefties this season. He smokes cutters like it’s his job and it kind of is when you think about it.
