All 30 MLB teams take the field tonight for Dinger Tuesday, so the possibilities are endless. Sportsbooks are offering bonuses and boosts on players to hit a home run on Tuesday.
It’s Dinger Tuesday at FanDuel Sportsbook, so all users can opt in and get a 50% profit boost to use on any player to hit a home run.
At DraftKings Sportsbook, all users can opt in and get a no-sweat home run bet, so if the player you bet on does not hit a home run tonight, you still receive a bonus bet back.
See below for my best home run picks for May 27.
Dinger Tuesday Pick #1: Lars Nootbaar (+840 with 50% Profit Boost at FanDuel)
Lars Nootbaar has hit seven home runs this season and has a great opportunity to hit another one tonight at Camden Yards. Oriole Park is top five in ballpark factor for lefties, and Nootbaar has hit five of his seven home runs off righties.
He faces Tomoyuki Sugano, who has a 1.5 HR/9 this season and has allowed four home runs in his last four starts. Sugano has been worse at home than on the road this season, giving up six of his ten home runs at Camden Yards. He has also allowed more home runs to left-handed batters this year.

Nootbaar is +560 to hit a home run tonight, but with the Dinger Tuesday boost at FanDuel, he is +840. That is tremendous value for the Cardinals’ leadoff hitter, who has an exit velocity of 92.1 and a hard hit rate of 52.4%. Bet on Nootbaar to hit one over the fence tonight at one of the best ballparks for lefties in the MLB.

Dinger Tueday Pick #2: Christian Walker (+400 at FanDuel)
My next home run pick for May 27 is Christian Walker for the Astros. He has a great matchup tonight against JP Sears and the Athletics. Sears has a 1.7 HR/9 and has given up six home runs over his last three starts. In his last time out, Sears gave up four home runs to the Angels.
He is now pitching at Daikin Park, which is ninth in ballpark factor over the last three years. Walker has six home runs on the year and has the highest exit velocity and hard hit rate on the Astros. He hit a home run in his last game on Sunday and has back to back multi-hit games.

Four of his six home runs have come at home, so Walker has a great shot to go yard tonight vs a pitcher who has struggled with the longball of late. Walker is +400 to hit a home run at FanDuel Sportsbook, so a $10 wager would win $40, resulting in a $50 payout.
Home Run Pick #3: Bryce Harper (+300 at DraftKings)
My last home run pick today is Bryce Harper, who is +300 to hit one over the fence tonight. Harper has hit eight home runs in 2025 and now faces a pitcher that he knows really well.
Bryce Harper vs Spencer Strider
Spencer Strider is making his third start of the season, and things have not gone as he would have liked thus far. Strider has a 5.79 ERA and has allowed a home run in each of his first two starts since returning from injury.
Harper has already hit two home runs off of Strider in his career, and he has a good opportunity to do it again tonight against him. He is hitting .300 off of him, and after a long road trip, Harper is back home at Citizens Bank Park, which is ranked sixth in ballpark factor for lefties.
With a 50% hard hit rate and 91.6 exit velocity, Harper is poised to hit a home run off a struggling Strider. Harper has multiple hits in four of his last seven games and is always a threat to hit one over the fence. Pick Harper to go yard against his divisional foe tonight.
