Game 4 of the Eastern Conference Final goes down tonight in Indy. The Pacers can take a commanding 3-1 series lead in the NBA playoff bracket, but only if they’re able to shake off a brutal Game 3 letdown where they blew a 20-point lead.

I like Indiana straight up in this matchup, but I see more value in the player props market. That’s where I’m pulling my Knicks vs Pacers same-game parlay picks from, starting with a fade of New York big man Mitchell Robinson.

Mitchell Robinson Under 16.5 Pts, Reb + Ast-168
Karl-Anthony Towns 2+ Threes-146
TJ McConnell Over 13.5 Pts, Reb + Ast-130
SGP ODDS at FANDUEL+332

I’m betting under 16.5 points, rebounds and assists for Mitchell as the first leg of my NYK/IND SGP. Over 1.5 threes for Karl-Anthony Towns is my second leg, followed by over 13.5 points, rebounds and assists for TJ McConnell as the anchor. Add it all up, and it’s a +328 payday if everything hits.

Knicks vs Pacers Same-Game Parlay Pick #1: Mitchell Robinson Under 16.5 Pts, Reb + Ast

The 7-footer was inserted into the starting lineup for Game 3 and played exactly as many minutes as he did off the bench in Game 2 (19). Despite playing over half the contest for the second straight game, Robinson underwhelmed in the boxscore. He failed to reach 16 points, rebounds + assists for the third time this series and for the ninth time in his last 10 playoff outings.

Robinson is essentially a zero in the assist category so we’re really just fading his points and rebounds tonight. He averages only 3.3 field goal attempts per game, and rarely gets to the free throw line. Given Indy’s lack of rebounding prowess you’d think he’d clean up on the glass but that hasn’t been the case. The 27-year-old is averaging less than 8 rebounds per contest, while fellow starter and big man Karl-Anthony Towns is over 11 boards per night.

NYK vs IND SGP Pick #2: Karl-Anthony Towns 2+ Threes

Speaking of Towns, I expect more offensive success for him tonight, specifically from beyond the arc.

KAT has splashed 2+ triples in all three games this series, averaging 7 attempts per contest. He was a 42% shooter from downtown during the regular season, and ranks behind only Josh Hart for the team lead in three point field goal percentage this postseason.

More importantly, he’s getting great looks from deep. Over 70% of his three-point attempts against Indiana have been considered open or wide open, and he’s knocking down those looks at a near 50% clip.

Knicks vs Pacers Same-Game Parlay Pick #3: TJ McConnell Over 13.5 Pts, Reb + Ast

As for McConnell, he’s been a burst of energy all playoffs for Indy helping them soar up the NBA Championship odds. He maximizes his time on the court, providing instant offense and contributing in all three major categories. At 6-1, he’s a much better rebounder than you’d expect, while he’s averaging 11 points and 3 dimes per night versus New York.

McConnell is shooting 54% from the field in the series, consistently finding soft spots in the Knicks defense for easy looks. He’s yet to get going from three in the East Finals, but given he shot north of 40% from beyond the arc last season and the year before, we should expect some positive regression in that category.

With Indiana potentially shorthanded tonight without Aaron Nesmith, McConnell could earn a few extra minutes. Either way, I like him to clear this prop line for the fourth straight game, and for the sixth time in his last seven contests.
