We’ve got a busy NBA slate to dig into on Wednesday, February 16th. The white-hot Celtics are up next on the back of a blowout of the Sixers, the lowly duo of Indiana and Washington matchup too before a fun clash between the Knicks and Nets. With none of their big three available, Brooklyn are underdogs at Madison Square Garden.
The Kings are in Chicago to take on the Bulls, and the Raptors and Timberwolves go head-to-head with the bookies barely able to split them. San Antonio is in Oklahoma City to matchup with the Thunder and the depleted Blazers face the tricky task of going to Memphis – the Grizz are 12-point favorites.
The night is closed out with the Rockets in Phoenix, Denver against Golden State and the Utah Jazz in Southern California to face the Lakers. Read on below for the player props available.

Odds as of Feb 16 at FanDuel Sportsbook
DeMar DeRozan has the highest points line of the night at 32.5 as he looks to continue an historic scoring run. Another NBA MVP odds contender, Nikola Jokic, has the highest rebounds line at 13.5.
Lakers Cannot Contain Donovan Mitchell
The Lakers are 22nd in defense over the last five games. They have won just one of those outings. Los Angeles faces a streaking Utah Jazz team which has won its first six games in February after a difficult January. Donovan Mitchell’s return has ignited this team on the offensive end – only the Grizzlies have a better offensive rating since Mitchell returned from concussion.

Mitchell has scored 26 or more points in three of five since his return. He’s been getting up plenty of shots, and has been aggressively attacking the basket as usual. The 18 free throw attempts over the last two games are a great sign for the Jazz, and he should be able to earn easy points at the stripe against a Lakers team which ranks 24th in fouls per game.
While Mitchell was held to just 13 points when he played the Lakers earlier this season, he’s unlikely to go zero-for-eight from three again.

Klay Thompson, Anfernee Simons and RJ Barrett have all cruised beyond this points line against the Lakers recently. Mitchell should become the latest perimeter scorer to get into the late-twenties at least.
- Pick: Donovan Mitchell over 25.5 points (-110)
Murray Adds Another Triple-Double
Dejounte Murray’s 11 triple doubles this season are second only to Nikola Jokic. Over his last five, he’s posted a double-double three times and a triple-double against the Hawks. In his only previous meeting with the Thunder this season, Murray packed the stat sheet with 23, 10 and 14, accompanied by four steals for good measure.

Reaching double figures in points and assists is as good as guaranteed, as suggested by the -130 on over 10.5 dimes. Murray has been inconsistent on the glass of late, but the Thunder are a team he should be able to rebound well against. Oklahoma City is dead last in opponent rebounds per game, and is coming off a game where they gave up seven boards to Quentin Grimes. In the game prior, Troy Brown Jr grabbed 11 rebounds.
This is a good matchup for Murray to put up big numbers. The game should be competitive enough for San Antonio’s star guard to play relatively big minutes – he’s played 34 or more minutes in seven of his last eight.

Five of Murray’s triple doubles have come since January, 12th. He’s a good bet to add another on Wednesday night, the +230 is too good to turn down.
- Pick: Dejounte Murray to record a triple-double (+230)
